I have been using the SportDog Training Collar on my dog for the past couple of years and have been extremely pleased with the results.  I receive many compliments about my "well trained dog" when I take her out in public.  I especially like the ability to set the "tone only" which reminds my dog quickly and effectively.  Recently, when the collar malfunctioned, I contacted SportDog and they immediately sent me a replacement.
