Ordering over the internet is safe, easy, and totally secure.  When your order from TrainingCollarSource your personal information and credit card are protected by our secure server. 

         

Most of our items are in stock and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase by FedEx. However, special items may require 7 to 14 days for delivery. Note:  FedEx does not deliver on weekends in most areas.  If an item is not in stock because of a manufacturer outage, we will ship your order as soon as possible. In the rare situation that there may be a problem with the shipping date, we will email or call you. That's right, we may even call you, because you and your pets are that important to us.

 
SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping costs depend on weight and begin at $8.99 for under 5lbs.  The average training collar boxed weighs about 4lbs.  If you order additional products, the price increases $2 for each additional 5lbs.

RETURNS

Have confidence in ordering from TrainingCollarSource.com.  If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustments less any shipping and handling costs.  In the event that you need to return a product please contact us for return instructions.

WARRANTIES

Please register your product by mailing in the registration card included with your product.  ALL products have a Lifetime Warranty on parts and one year on labor.  The manufacturer guarantees all parts of this product for life against manufacturing or parts defects.  Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered.  If  your product can not be repaired, the manufacturer may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise.
